The story of the Banshee book, "Real Irish Ghost stories" concerned a boy who lived in a boarding school in 1894.
"This is a curious case occurred at a public school for boys. One of the boys fell ill and was placed in a private room, where he lay alone all day. Once, when he was visited by a doctor, the boy said he heard a mysterious cry.
