Initial data
Two independent observer saw 9 round red objects the size of a grapefruit (at arm's length?), moving overhead across the sky.
Of the 9 objects was 2 ahead, then 3, then 2 and 2. There was static on the TV (the loss of sound and image).
6 objects are gone, and 1 broke and 2 disappeared. The objects were observed within 10-15 minutes.
