Initial data
Dozens of people posted photos and video of a lightning strike in Plymouth (England), in the night from 23 to 24 July 2019.
After the very wet weather on Tuesday in the district were heard and a strong lightning lightning strikes, but one man thinks he may have seen something more amazing than a flash.
Ben Williams told the newspaper Plymouth Live your story. He explained that perhaps he made something strange with his camera shortly before midnight that night.
"I tried to stop the video and get a better picture because it was very fast, but it really is something to see", - he wrote.
This is a video taken using a mobile phone, shows us the unidentified flying objects that appear and disappear from nowhere near the house at Ben Efford. You must watch the video in slow motion to distinguish these anomalies.
These objects almost indistinguishable, but they don't look like footprints or dust on the camera lens because of the speed with which they seem to be moving.
Mr. Williams wants to know what it could be behind the mysterious shapes.

Original news

Dozens of people sent in pictures and videos of the lightning which hit Plymouth last night.
Intense flashes of lightning and loud thunder were heard across the county following the extremely humid weather on Tuesday, but one man thinks he may have captured more than just a bolt of lightning.
Messaging Plymouth Live, Ben Williams claimed he may have caught 'something' on his camera just before midnight last night.
"I've tried to freeze frame it and get a better photo as it's very quick but there is something to see," he wrote.
The mobile phone footage which we have slowed down in the video above seems to show some 'unidentified flying objects' appear and disappear out of thin air in the area by Ben's Efford home.
The blobs are relatively indistinguishable but don't appear to be marks on the camera due to the rate in which they are visible.
Mr Williams is keen to try and find out what could be causing the mysterious shapes.
"I just though it was very odd. I recorded it myself off my phone, I was outside just trying to see some good lightning but got that instead.
"What do you think it could be?"
The shadowy shapes can be seen for a split second during a particularly fierce lightning strike before vanishing as quickly as they arrived.
When the video is slowed down or frozen the larger of the orbs is quite distinguishable on the centre right of the screen.
Ben emphasises that it was "Very quick, and I have no idea what I saw at the point."
So what could this mystery object be?
A tearaway carrier bag. The shadow of a cloud. A trick of the lightning. Or perhaps, just perhaps, an alien spacecraft.
Hypotheses
Often it's a small point on the photos, like hovering metal ball. At least - this is quite a big blur. Color, brightness and the presence of a highlight depends on the color of the reflected light source, background shooting and drop form.
Shape, color and density of pollution may vary depending on the source of the contamination and its nature. This can be as a desired pattern on the glass, and random.

Debris picked up by the wind
For UFOs often take empty plastic bags, bags from waste paper, Newspapers and other debris picked up by the wind. These objects can travel at different speeds, in different shades and shapes. Sometimes has a similarity with balloons and similar objects running man.
