July 24, 2002, about 23 hours 30 minutes my wife was driving home in the area of Kegums HPP.
Right suddenly my attention was attracted by a strange light. He proceeded from the round disc. Left half of the disk to glow green, the right half red. Thought it was the lights of the radio tower! But why the green light? Over 1,300 meters (2 minutes drive) our attention was drawn to a group of glowing balls that flew at an angle not less than 45 gr.to the horizon as if falling! Sound is not heard. Ahead glowed a red ball, followed by 4 times more green, and then pulsing (1 Hz) crimson. Followed 4-5 yellow balls. They alternately flashed (like Christmas lights). There was a feeling that all the balls except for the "garlands" belong to the same body. There was a small fringing glow. From the red ball was sent down the lights. Up but the lights did not penetrate. I thought that a plane goes down and you need someone to report it! Very scared!
Over the reservoir "garland" made a sharp maneuver and went further, then the maneuver right, then left and disappeared from sight! Total time with the discovery observations about 7-8 minutes!
