« Le 21 février 2015 entre 23h30 et minuit, ma compagne et moi arrivions sur le périphérique de Lille avant la sortie Lille Centre que nous allions prendre, quand nous avons vu 2 formes lumineuses basses, 1 autre plus haute et 2 autres encore plus hautes très rapprochées l'une de l'autre et entre elles un point lumineux clignotait.
L'ensemble des lumières pulsaient doucement. A 2 reprises nous avons vu sous 2 lumières un "rayon" vertical "d'étincelles" pendant 1 ou 2 secondes. Sur le boulevard Louis XIV, nous avons été survolés par une des formes lumineuses que j'ai perdu au-dessus d'un immeuble. Puis rue de Cambrai, sur ma gauche une autre qui avançait en ligne droite comme l'autre à vitesse constante et lâchant les "étincelles". On l'a perdu derrière des bâtiments et nous étions pressés. Pas de bruit, j'avais ouvert ma fenêtre.
Ça ne ressemblait pas à des lampes thaï ou des drones, ni des ballons en mylar.
