It all started with the fact that the observer accidentally discovered a large white circular light the size of a moon. He came from the sea, just a few metres above rybolovetskaya boats in the harbour. At first she thought it was someone looking for something. She was blinded by the light and went out on the porch to look better. The distance was about 150 meters. She was still blinded by the light so she couldn't see whether the light wings or not. Didn't hear a single sound.
It seemed strange that the plane can fly so low and slow without the engine noise, and not to fall into the sea. Then the light changed course and turned right. Then she saw that the object was oblong, with elongated pointed ends, and was slightly thicker in the middle.
