UFO sighting occurred on 15 January 1991, approximately 23.30 in Mogilev, in the district of "Jubilee".

The eighth-grader Sasha Sabiran noticed in the southern sky large in comparison with the stars of the bright spot that glowed alternately red, blue, green lights. A multicolored flash, as if flowing over the surface of the object, created the impression that he had a shape intermediate between the disc and cone of small height. The sight was very beautiful. After a while a little to the right there is another UFO that had a flat side and oval-cigar-shaped at the top.

"Cigar" rotates around its horizontal axis and had a dark reddish hue. Its rotation somehow was coordinated with the color of the first object - disk. When the surface of the disk ran a combination of colors, the "cigar" became oval. This occurred approximately every 2 minutes.

At one point it seemed that from one object to another is stretched thin by a ray of sunshine. For this spectacle together with Sasha watched his mother, Tatiana, and neighbors.

Tatiana believes that changes colors of the first object can be associated with its rotation, as they occur intermittently.
