Was autumn school vacation. Hope Hreptovich with a 12-year-old son Alyosha noticed a passerby, who was staring up intently into the night sky. Looking in the direction of Kosmonavtov square, they saw with astonishment that she could see over the roof of 9-storey building red glowing rectangle. Its length corresponded to the distance between the two entrances.

After a few minutes the object changed its shape on the dome, like a parachute without a sling (bottom wavy). After a while, "dome" turned into a disk with an axial horizontal dark stripe. The red body was clearly visible against the background of low dense clouds. Gone is the drive quickly away in the direction of Kazimirovka (West-Northwest).
