Today, time 06.09.2009, in 23 hours 30 minutes local time, my daughter (she was 28 years old, mentally healthy) was observed in the sky over Barnaul strange glowing object. Landmark - probably somewhere to the right of the airport. The sky is clear without clouds.

It was davolno-taki removed from our house, but clearly visible mixed colors (from orange to blue-green) horizontal flickering, from the center up -red beam. Object didn't make any movements.
