The observation occurred on the evening of 18 August 2004 in the district "South" of the city of Brest (near the boiler room and Dosa 415).
An eyewitness account:
"The sky is clear and starry. Me and Julia walked towards the Light. Before reaching 415 Dosa I looked up at the sky and saw 2 satellites (as at the time I thought). Moving synchronously in the same direction, in the arrangement one above the other, to the South. The brightness of the reflection, the same, suddenly the top began to glow brighter, at the same time dramatically changing the trajectory, moving zigzag at first, and then choosing a course to the East. A minute later he abruptly went out.
The second object is moved as before to the desired path.
At the moment of observation was the feeling that accompanies the object 1 in the path of the object 2 (the satellite). Anything of earthly origin phenomenon does not seem to be.
