According to many UFO sources, which seem to have copied the same information to the Argentine national newspaper La Razon published a story about one Rafael Aguirre Donoso who went by land about 20 km from the coastal town of Arica in Chile.
He saw a strange object on the ground. Two persons with light skin came out and asked him for water, using a mixture of Spanish and English.
Donoso gave some water from the radiator of his car, both men got back in his plane and took off.
Spanish UFO researcher Luis Gonzalez apparently learned from the correspondence that the case occurred on 19 June 1964, 15 June 1964, as reported in previous sources of UFOlogy, and that the witness was a guard ship, not a miner, and that people from the aircraft first asked for water first in English and then in Spanish, and not in a mixture of languages.
