Initial data
The recording car camera. When the camera caught the accident, and for a few seconds in the upper right corner of the screen appears a UFO. When there is a UFO he changes form.
I believe that the UFO is rotating slowly, so the object seem to change shape, but its edges seem to change. It is my personal belief that someone driving noticed this UFO and accidentally lost control of his car ... causing an accident on the freeway. Bad place for a UFO ... so aliens make mistakes ... this video proves it.

Hey here is a great sighting recorded by a car cam. As the cam recorded a crash...a octopus like UFO appears in the upper right of the screen for a few seconds. As the UFO appears...it actually changes shape! I believe the UFO is rotating slowly so the object appears to change shape, yet its edges to seem to change. Its my personal belief that someone driving noticed this UFO and accidentally lost control of his car...causing a crash on the freeway. Bad place for a UFO to appear...so aliens do make mistakes...this video is proof of that.

In the below original video jump to 35 seconds in...to see the UFO.
Hypotheses
Капля (или загрязнение) на объективе или стекле
Often it's a small point on the photos, like hovering metal ball. At least - this is quite a big blur. Color, brightness and the presence of a highlight depends on the color of the reflected light source, background shooting and drop form.
Shape, color and density of pollution may vary depending on the source of the contamination and its nature. This can be as a desired pattern on the glass, and random.

Solarization
Full or partial conversion of coloured images result in over-exposed. If the exposure of the photographic material is excessive and goes beyond the linear section of the characteristic curve of the optical image density becomes inversely proportional to the amount falling on the emulsion of the light. Thus in areas where there is a similar "Peresvet", the optical density the less, the more exposure.
