14 APR 1975, at 21 o'clock Moscow time in the area of Gorky — Syktyvkar on the altitude of 8 thousand meters from the plane I observed the following phenomenon after sunrise.

From behind the dark ridge of clouds rose a great flame of irregular shape of the ball. The color of this flame was intensely yellow. Glowing object rose well above the clouds, located a thousand meters below and at a distance of 9 km and went perpendicular to the course of the aircraft.

The speed of this object was of the same order as that of the plane (500-600 km/h). When approaching the plane at a distance of about kilometers the object suddenly disappeared.

Over his disappearance there was a glowing education, emitted sparks-stars, and fast, at a speed fighter-interceptor (up to 330 km/h) rising vertically upwards. As lifting up it's glowing education turned into a cigar-shaped glowing blue light very large angular size of the object.

In the "front point" of the object was bright glowing small size area. The object went out of sight of the window high in the Zenith over the plane then the glow left by this object, gradually started to fade.
