The phenomenon was observed in the summer somewhere in 1992, around July-August, late in the evening around 23.00. The weather that day was clear, they could see the stars (no moon).

Sergei watched the flight of the satellite from your yard, then moved to a new place, where he was spotted a new object. He had a flat oval shape with jagged edges (the Respondent compares with a rag). The observations were conducted from the ground. UFOs seen three people: myself, Sergei M., his neighbor Vladimir Polupanov and an unknown third.
