Publications D. Novikov became aware of the UFO in the summer of 1983 (the exact date is unknown), seen over several points of the Brest region (also known which).

The only known geographic reference - reservoir Loktyshi, located on the border nature of Kletsk districts, over which "hang up" an unidentified object. The latter was described as a bright white ball every five seconds, emitted a cone if "frozen" light.
