Witness seven or eight years old sat in his bedroom on the floor and watched TV (he does not remember, whether was in the room someone else) when he looked up and saw a creature standing on the outer edge of the window sill, staring directly at the witness.
He described the creature as small, about 3 feet (91 cm) tall, with wings (he's obviously had two small wings on the back), with a childish or more like a pixie face, almost feminine in appearance. Stunned, he turned face, then turned and saw that the creature was gone.
The witness stood up and closed the blinds on his window.
