I've seen these lights before, three times, each at intervals of a year or more. Slightly cloudy sky every time.
At first I thought about the spotlights that Shine on the bottom, but there's no pattern and there is a beam of light that can be seen.
They are constantly changing direction and speed. Now I've seen two above/behind the building. I also saw two or three.
Once one light source above my head flew past at high speed over low clouds, suddenly slowed down and suddenly changed direction.

HENGELO, OV — Deze lichten heb ik drie keer eerder gezien, telkens met een jaar of meer ertussen. Telkens licht bewolkte lucht. Dacht eerst aan schijnwerpers die van onderaf schijnen maar er zit geen patroon in en geen lichtbundel te zien. Ze veranderen continue van richting en snelheid. Ik zag er nu twee boven/ achter het gebouw. Eerder zag ik er ook twee of drie. Eén keer eerder scheerde er een van de lichten boven mijn hoofd langs met hoge snelheid, boven de lage bewolking en remde ook plots af en veranderde plots van richting. Vanacht zag ik dezelfde witte lichtvlekken weer.
