Initial data
13-year-old girl saw an oval object with pointed ends (an ellipse) with a dome on top, red on each end and two quick flashing white lights in the center.
He had what seemed to be the tail (appendage) on the one hand, and at lag radiated light rays from top and bottom.
The object slowly moved horizontally "first tail", making a buzzing sound, then promptly flew straight and disappeared after half an hour.
