Cecilia brewer and five companions were driving home from work between Barkhamsted and Winstead and was heading West, when the engine of their car began to miss and they encountered a silvery domed disc-shaped UFO on the left side of the highway in a forest clearing.
The object was at a distance of about 150 ft (45.6 m) and had a cone of white light emanating from the bottom of the object. He has also been green-lit, rectangular window in the dome.
