At 1 a.m. on July 5, 1968, professional photographer Ibrahim Rodriguez Fonseca suffered from bronchitis, so he did not sleep and read until the attack subsided. Sitting at the open window, Fonseca saw a great light coming down from the sky.
The upper part of the object seemed to rotate at high speed and emitted a bright yellowish light. Fonseca rushed away from the window, returned and took a picture shortly before the object disappeared from view.
According to his estimation, about 2 minutes passed from the moment he saw the object coming down to take-off.
The shape of the disk at the top of the photo is an object, and the illuminated area under a photo of a UFO from Brazil by Professor Flavio Pereira.
