P. Hybers and his brother were driving when they noticed the object at an altitude of no more than 30 meters above the ground. They followed him 400 metres, after which he stopped.
It was a bright rotating red light with a dimmer white inner part that revolved around its axis at a speed of about one turn per second, very slightly swinging from side to side.
Eventually it took off and disappeared behind the hills.

Summary: P Huybers and his brother were out driving when they observed an object not more than 30m above the ground. They followed it for 400m at which point it stopped.
