WLD eyewitness report :
I will tell you everything I can, what I will tell you will be true. I'm not sure of the dates, but they are close, J. K. he worked for me and I went to the mine (Midway Mining Co) that owned this fluorite, zinc and lead mine. It was in the fall of 1969, and J. K. and I went down to the mine to get pump parts to build a new pump.
It was about 8 o'clock in the morning. We loaded some parts and went to the machine shop in Francis, Kentucky . about 13 miles from the mine. The driver, J. K., and I worked on the pump until about 21: 00. We had old parts, so we returned them to the mine. I had a store then.
The mine covered about 2 acres. The site was cleared with gravel: there were 2 buildings and mining equipment in the yard, and a grass field around the mine.
There was one tree behind us when we entered the mine. We saw what looked like a new barn. It looked like a new metal building.
JK and I talked about it. I rolled up the window of the truck so we could get a better look at it. We were within 80 feet (24.3 m) of it. It looked like 80 feet (24.3 m) tall, 80 feet long and 80 feet wide.
It became clear that we were looking at a new building that had been built.the farmer who owned the land was DOI Binkley. He didn't like my mining on his property, since he didn't own the mineral on his farm, they were sold to Mr. Martin in 1907. DOI bought the farm after I started mining.
My lease forbade me to mine under an existing house, barn, etc., so JK and I said that the next day I would talk to a lawyer to demolish this building.
We probably talked about the building for 10 to 20 minutes the whole time, while just looking at the building in amazement at how quickly they built it.
Then we saw a light, like a hand light, coming from the back of the building. I said DOI was here, and I would talk to Him now. We got out of the truck and went to the front of it, and the building just disappeared: no sound, nothing: it just disappeared.
It was clear, not very cold, no fog, no other lights, no water. It was like a building standing on the grass, and then it disappeared.
According to eyewitnesses, what looked like a building was actually an unknown object that could either disappear or quickly fly away. Could he have gone to another dimension right before their eyes, or just disappeared?
