An eyewitness from the city of Utrecht writes:
A long beam of light. The color is blue. Moving faster than possible. Light seemed to come from below. It was visible for only 20-30 seconds.
More often I saw this blue ray 2 or 3 times, but then it made a different movement. This ray went straight and along the same line ... I hope someone has an explanation

UTRECHT, UT — Een lange lichtstraal . Blauw van kleur. Verplaatste zich sneller dan mogelijk . Licht leek van onder te komen. Was slechts 20 a 30 sec in beeld. Vaker deze blauwe straal gezien 2 a 3 keer maar toen maakte het een andere beweging . Deze straal ging kaarsrecht en op een zelfde lijn... ik hoop dat iemand een verklaring heeft
