Three young people returning to the Vic said that their car was being followed by a light. They stopped the car to look. 

It hovered above the trees, pulsing. 

The driver turned the ignition key, but the light did not come on, and the engine did not start until several attempts. 

Research shows that the likely cause was a combination of headlights/stars/imagination and a temporary power failure.
