Stephen Jenkins was meditating at the bottom of his stairs when he saw a "ghostly figure" at the top of the stairs.
It was a dark blue or black figure, "with white eyes, fangs, and what looked like a Tibetan Golden crown." Around the figure was a clearly defined "high rectangular rectangular area" or frame.
There is no other information.
