A retired police officer and former pilot, along with other young men, watched as the star sped from South-South-East to North-North-East in the clear light of day, passing East overhead on a straight path without sound or trace.
At an estimated speed of Mach 1, it slowed down, "stopped" for the last 10-15 seconds, and disappeared.
