An eyewitness from Kampen writes about his observation of a darkening and glowing sphere with rotating lights:

It caught my attention like a stagnant light that glowed when I was helping my son upstairs. After further illumination, I also saw a rapidly rotating light.

We took some videos from the bedroom and sent them, so I hope you can see them here. 4 or 5 videos are recorded sequentially.

Any idea what this is? It was quite strange! No party lamp, etc. It suddenly disappeared.

KAMPEN, OV — Het trok mijn aandacht als stilstaand licht wat opgloeide toen ik mijn zoontje boven hielp. Na verder opgloeien zag ik ook snel roterend licht. Heb meerdere video ervan filmde vanuit slaapkamer, heb ze verzonden, dus hoop dat ze te zien zijn hier. 4 of 5 video achter elkaar opgenomen. Iemand ideeën wat het is? Vond het bijster bizar! Geen feest lamp etc en met deze wind waait een Drone ook zo weg! . 't was ook zo ineens weg.
