United StatesThree and two witnesses. Two quiet night lights right above the forest. Disks and "night lights" were also observed on August 22 and 23 separately.
Unidentified objects were seen, but their appearance and behavior most likely had a common explanation.
Two fires were observed by five witnesses. There was no sound.

Summary: Three and two Witnesses. two silent Nocturnal lights just over woods. More discs and Nocturnal lights 22 Aug and 23 separate. Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Two lights were observed by five witnesses. No sound was heard.
