A 12-year-old boy was crossing the street on his way home when he noticed a "gnome" standing by a nearby dead tree trunk.
The creature was described as light green in color and with a large head. He briefly approached the witness, then ran away.
Later, a woman standing in front of her house heard what she thought was a child's laughter from a nearby vacant lot near an abandoned house. When she examined it, she saw a small man with a very large head.
