Initial data
The witness, who was camping alone in an isolated location, was walking along a forest path when suddenly she began to hear a sound resembling the chiming of chimes and high-pitched voices, apparently singing. She followed the sounds to the right of the path until she reached a small clearing.
In the center of the clearing stood eleven tiny blue figures, one foot (0.3 m) tall and seemingly transparent. The creatures seemed ethereal in nature and seemed to pulse and shimmer. They had wings larger than their bodies, which seemed very thin.
The tiny creatures moved in a clockwise circle for a few moments, and then in the opposite direction, all the while singing in an incomprehensible language.
The witness suddenly exhaled with a loud gust of air, and the tiny creatures turned to look, then jumped up and disappeared.
Small piles of blue dust were found at the site.
