Hello everybody! I'm not entirely sure if I should talk about my personal experiences on this forum ... given the majority of UFO skeptics. But I feel that there is a need to discuss this topic, because knowing what is actually happening in our universe can be important in determining where we should go.
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I'm a lawyer in the Philippines. I currently hold a public position as the City's Legal Affairs Officer______________, you can check it out on our website. I am the head of the city's legal department and have been a practicing lawyer for more than 11 years. I was a lawyer in many non-governmental organizations. I'm an experienced lawyer. So I know what "facts" mean and what "evidence" can play a role as a way to convince people of the existence of a fact.
When I was 16 years old (around March 1987), about to graduate from high school, I was walking my dog around 20: 00. It was a bright night because there was an almost full moon, with a clear sky with relatively fast moving cumulonimbus clouds (it was a bit windy).
Our house was only 15 meters from the sea in ___________. I was used to looking at the stars, so I looked at the stars carefully while walking my dog. I noticed some movement near the moon, I thought it was a cloud, but when I looked more closely, I noticed that it was not a cloud, but a very slow moving "star".
At first I thought it must be a night plane, but then the lights didn't blink like most planes, so it suddenly occurred to me:
"Maybe it's something else"?
Right after blurting it out in my head, the moving light suddenly moved so fast in at least three circular counterclockwise paths. Since I had been in a special science and math class since elementary school, I knew what the speed of light was, and I knew that this object was moving at close to the speed of light (about 186,000 miles per second).
I was shocked, because even at my age, I knew that there was no human plane that could fly at close to the speed of light. After walking around in a circle, he walked in a semicircle all over the sky. Two years later, I was back at the same place (we had not yet moved out of our residence by the sea). I just walked around and let the time flow. It was past 20: 00, the moon again (more than a crescent).
The sky was clear again, with stars and clouds visible. As I continue to follow the shooting stars, it is my habit to see the movement of one "star" in the place where I first saw it two years ago. I was so excited that it suddenly occurred to me that this wasn't a coincidence.
This time, when I noticed its movement, a bright object with yellow starlight was moving in a circle, this time clockwise, at the same speed as before, and crossed the sky with blinding speed. Four years later, when I was in my second year of law school in ___________, I came home for a full vacation.
We have already left the old house by the sea and moved to another rented house about a hundred meters from our first hour. Around 21: 00 I decided to take a walk along the boulevard near the shore.
I feel a kind of anticipation that my previous experience will be repeated, and I was constantly worried by the thought that "This is an alien spaceship"?
So every semester break I went to the same place in the hope of a new observation. I was upset for a while.
But in that very break of 1993 (around the end of October) it happened again. I saw that this bright object was moving, but not in the same place, but still nearby, and as I noticed it, it sped off again in a counterclockwise circle, as it had the first time, with the same blinding speed.
I thought, my God, can he read my mind, because every time I see it and think it's a UFO, he kind of" reacts " to my thoughts and suddenly moves, as if he was being shaken by my thought. I told my family about it, but they just looked at me in disbelief. But because they knew that I was very objective and reasonable from childhood, they never believed me. It was the same with my friends.
At the time, I was a student leader (president of various school organizations and editor-in-chief of our university newspaper), so they saw no reason for me to tell lies.
From then on, I waited in the same spot whenever I had the chance, but I was never lucky again. Until now, when I visited my parents in _______________, I always tried to see if I could still see it.
I just keep telling my child and wife that someday people, especially our political leaders, may be intelligent enough to seriously look at these events as indirect evidence of the existence of perhaps another form of life with a much more advanced civilization.
I do not know the answers, but I give evidence based on the facts and my person! final knowledge of certain events, where some preliminary assumptions can be made.

I noticed some movement near the moon, i thought it was the cloud, but when i looked more intently, i noticed that it wasnt the cloud but a “star” moving very slowly. I first thought that it must be a night plane, but then the light wasnt blinking like most planes, so it suddenly occurred to me, “could this be something else”? Immediately upon blurting that out in my mind, the moving light suddenly moved so fast in at least three circular paths, counter-clockwise. I thought, my God, can it read my mind, because everytime i see it and think if its a UFO, it kind of “reacts” to my thought and moves suddenly as if it was jolted by my thought. I told these experiences to my family, but they just looked at me, perplexed. But since they knew me to be very objective and reasonable since i was a kid, they never actually disbelieved me. The same was true with my my friends. I was a student leader at that time (president of various school organizations and had been the editor-in-chief of our college paper), so they saw no reason for me to tell something untrue. Since then, I would wait on the same spot whenever i had the opportunity, but i was never that lucky again. Until now, whenever i would visit my parents in _______________, I always try if i could still see it. i just keep telling my kid and my wife that someday, people, especially our political leaders, might be reasonable enough to take a serious look at these events as part of the circumstantial evidence of the existence of perhaps another life-form that has a much more advanced civilization. i dont know the answers, but Im testifying based on facts and my perso! nal know ledge of certain events where one can draw up some preliminary assumptions.
