Initial data
Year 1975, the County of Gloucestershire, Cleeve hill, near Evesham. One summer around midnight, the duty officer, Jim S, was assigned to check a report that an unknown light source had appeared on the top of Cleve Hill, near the repeater of the police communication system, which may have caused a sudden strong interference in this system.
As Jim drove up the narrow winding path to the repeater, he saw a huge UFO hanging over the top of the radio mast, a little to the right of it. The policeman picked up the microphone to report what he had seen to the station, but the radio in the car was not working. His personal radiotelephone didn't work either.
Meanwhile, a UFO had moved slightly to the side of the relay, and again hung motionless. Jim turned on the engine and drove in the direction of the UFO and, as he himself later said, for some unknown reason, decided to blink the high beam of the headlights a couple of times. As if reacting to this signal, the UFO literally "took off" and instantly sped away.
Meanwhile, Jim was approached by his colleague, who was sent by his superiors, concerned about the lack of communication with Jim. A colleague reported that he saw a UFO that flew with great speed away from the hill in the direction of the low mountain range located to the east.
After the UFO disappeared, radio telephone communication was restored, and interference in the relay system stopped.
