October 30, 1994, at about 01: 45, a couple in a car watches as a light circle turns on, with lights evenly spaced around the edges.
The estimated height [height] of the phenomenon is between 5 and 6 meters, and the phenomenon is stationary above the car. The car quickly leaves the city, but a little further detects a phenomenon in front of the car: a triangle with the same light around the circle was added to the circle.
The triangle is equilateral, with sides of about 10 meters and a height of 10 to 15 meters.
