A local resident and a member of the city administration, N. G., was walking the dog and, walking through a strip of forest, let the dog go so that he could run through the trees and fresh snow.
Suddenly N. G. felt someone's presence behind her and some force that made her turn around. Then she saw at a distance of about 150-200 meters a large fog ball of white color, about 8-9 meters in diameter. The balloon was moving at an altitude of about 40-50 meters from the ground.
Inside the globe, the witness saw several smaller balls. The feeling of fear and discomfort seemed to increase with every second, and she stood for a long time in a kind of stupor, watching the object, she could not remember how long. And her dog, who used to frolic in the snow and in the trees, now hid between her legs and whined loudly, the barking of other dogs could be heard from afar. Apparently, this sound alarmed the obvious alien guests, as the globe began to slowly rise up, and then disappeared.
A few seconds after the UFO disappeared, another very interesting event occurred. NG glanced at a nearby snow-covered field and saw a large black "car".
The " car " was very beautiful, long, with a streamlined aerodynamic shape, similar to a foreign limousine. It was dark, but the woman clearly saw two passengers inside the "car". They were dressed in black, and not in suits, but in something that reminded her of"spacesuits."
At this moment, NG felt a strong fear and covered her eyes with her hands for a few seconds. When she opened her eyes again, she saw a bright flash of light, and the strange modern "foreign car" disappeared without a trace.
Despite the distance, NG was very quickly and terribly frightened. She couldn't sleep and had to take sleeping pills.
In the morning, she told her neighbor about it, and they drove together to the scene of the accident. There, they found distinct car tire tracks imprinted in the snow, but there were no tracks to indicate how the car had arrived or left the area, as if the car had simply taken off into the air and flown away. There were no other tracks.
Since the incident gave N. G. the feeling that she was being watched, she also saw "things" related to UFOs several times. (No details on this).
