Fresia Berlina Vega was playing with 10-year-old Valentina, the daughter of a local schoolteacher, on the school grounds when they saw a bright starlight suddenly appear in the sky. The light suddenly descended on the witness, emitting bright multicolored flashes of light.
In the light of the light, the two witnesses saw a huge circular object that hovered outside the school perimeter at a low altitude. Suddenly, a thunderous noise was heard, and a bright beam of light came out of the object, illuminating both witnesses. Freesia felt a cold wave envelop her body.
Then the beam of light retreated back into the object, and another clap of thunder rang out. Then the object remained above the witnesses for a few more moments, during which Freesia again felt a certain change in temperature, she felt as if her head was swollen. After a moment, she was looking directly at the object in a state of complete relaxation. She felt a tingling sensation all over her body.
At the same time, Valentina felt the same presence and complained of headaches and discomfort in her nose, later she suffered from insomnia. Under the light, Freesia felt distinctly that she had been photographed. As the object moved toward the nearest cemetery, both witnesses felt a slight tremor in the ground.
Freesia reported some positive effects after the meeting: the persistent back pain had gone away, but she also had menstrual irregularities. She felt more relaxed and at ease, and the money problems seemed to have disappeared.
She had a kind of" dream " in which several short human figures, dark in color and with large heads, approached her and asked how she was feeling. They assure her that everything will be fine in her life. She went on to describe the creatures, about 1.50 m tall, wearing thick-soled shoes. She's sure she'll see them again someday.

Suddenly a thunder clap-like noise was heard and a bright beam of light emerged from the object illuminating both witnesses. Fresia felt a cold wave envelope her body. The beam of light then retreated back into the object and another thunderclap was heard. The object then remained above the witnesses for a few more moments in which Fresia again felt a definite change of temperature, she felt as if her head seemed to swell up. In a moment she was looking directly at the object in a state of total relaxation. She felt a prickling sensation invade her entire body. Meanwhile Valentina felt the same presence and complained of a headache and discomfort in her nose, later she was to suffer from insomnia. While under the beam of light Fresia had the distinct impression that a photograph had been taken of her. As the object moved away towards the nearby cemetery both witnesses felt a slight tremor in the earth. Fresia reported some beneficial aftereffects after the encounter, a persistent back pain went away, but she also experienced irregularities with her menstrual cycle. She felt more relax and at ease and monetary problems seem to have gone away. She would have peculiar “dreams” in which, several short human-like figures, dark in color and with large heads would approach her and ask her how she was feeling. They reassure her that things were going to improve in her life. She further described the beings as about 1.50m in height, wearing thick soled boots. She is convinced that she will see them again some day.
