The 18-year-old witness was in a parked car waiting for his brother when he felt the need to look to the left. After looking, he was startled to see a 1 meter tall figure walking away from its position.
The strange figure seemed transparent and left a dim, glowing trail behind it. The figure disappeared around the corner, and the witness ' two dogs chased after it, but both returned in confusion.
Moments after the encounter, the witness developed a severe rash on his hands.
