A witness (a police technician at the scene of the crime) left the scene late one night.
It started to rain, and suddenly his car started making strange noises, the radio automatically turned on and started tuning in to multiple stations per second, the lights inside and outside the car were flashing.
When he looked up, he saw a huge triangular object above the car, and after a few seconds, a blinding blue light distracted the witness. Everything suddenly stopped and his car was suddenly parked on the side of the road with everything turned off, and when he looked at his watch, it was 03: 03. He had lost 33 minutes of time.
He turned on the car and drove back to his office. (No attempt at hypnotic regression has been made.)

He turned his car on and drove back to his office. (No hypnotic regression has been attempted).
