A witness reported seeing a pterodactyl-like creature flying quite high in the sky over the area; he still looked bigger than a hawk.
It had a strangely shaped "head" with a beak that didn't look like a bird's beak, but was leathery like its entire body. The creature had a long tail with a peculiar "tangle" at the end. The thing was grayish.
The witness was driving his car at the time. (The witness claims to have seen a similar creature before).
