A student named Li was leaving Jilin University when he and his girlfriend reportedly saw something unusual in the sky.

"I saw a bright object in the shape of an animal flying in the sky to the southeast, " Lee recalled. " It was incredibly dazzling, like a giant dragon. I immediately took a picture of this unusual event on my mobile phone."
