Michael Allen, 47, said he saw the figure of a man in a jetpack suit moving in a straight line in a northeasterly direction.
It was hard to judge its speed, as it loomed against the bright gray sky, and he couldn't be sure of its size or distance.
At the corners, it went 45 degrees in about 15 seconds, and then its view was blocked by an oncoming train.
