Retired teacher Barry Marsh was in his car when he saw a strange figure in the sky that reminded him of a man with a "jetpack" on his back, similar to the ones he saw in the James Bond Movies.
The figure flew about 100 meters above the road. The dynamics of the flight were not like a balloon.
The police investigated, but did not receive any other reports.
