Two witnesses had just left the ice cream stand and were on their way to Rimersburg when they noticed something crossing the road. They approached the creature at a distance of approximately 35 feet (10.5 m).
They stated that he was at least 9 feet (2.7 m) tall, had dark brown skin, long arms, and broad shoulders. It had a pointed head, a flat forehead, pointed ears, and what looked like wings on its back. The body was extremely muscular, and there were four claw fingers on each hand. The eyes were narrowed, but turned up at the corners.
When the creature turned, the whole body turned. The hand movement was abnormal. The mouth looked like an incision. The wings looked like transparent mesh and resembled the wings of a bat. The claws were as black as coal.
The witness said it was straight out of hell.

The movement of the arms was not normal. The mouth looked like a slit. The wings looked like see-through mesh and resembled wings on a bat. The claws were black as coal. The witness stated that this thing was straight from hell.
