On a very clear night around 22: 00, an untrained eye could easily mistake the bright white light for an airplane.
I concentrated on it, as it flew straight towards the park and increased in the sky: from 60 to 30 thousand feet (18000-9000 m). When it fell well below cruising altitude, I didn't see the warning lights under the plane, and was shocked that it was still flying towards the ground, rather than parallel to it.
It quickly turned north at the speed of a comet and disappeared. It reminded me of a mixture of a fast comet and a commercial airplane. I only saw a bright light.

Summary: On a very clear night at around 10pm, the bright white light could have been easily mistaken for an airplane by an untrained eye. I concentrated on it since it was flying straight towards the park and getting larger in sky: 60k to 30k feet. As it got way below cruising altitude i did not see warning lights under the aircraft, and was shocked it was still flying towards the earth and not parallel to it. It made a quick turn north at a comet pace and dissappeared. It reminded me of a mix of a fast comet and a commercial airplane. All i saw was a bright light
