The witness went to the balcony at about 6: 31 a.m. on July 14, 2014, where he came up with the idea to take two photos of the sky six seconds apart from each other.
The witness included five images in the MUFON report (it is published).
"There was no noise and no bright light," the witness said. "There is a discharge of air around the object, similar to plasma."
