Strange lights in Perris. I walked out of the house and looked to my left to see what looked like two sets of 5 bulbs on each side were lighting up and turning on at the same time, and it was all moving left and right.
I know it's about a mile to the top of this hill and there are no houses there. If you could imagine a string rising 15 feet with 5 red lights on it, and then another string with the same 5 red lights about 5 feet (1.5 m) away. That's how I would describe it.

Summary: Weird lights in Perris. I walked out of the house and looked to the left to see what looked like two sets of 5 lights top light on each side would go off and on same time and the whole thing moved left and right. I know the top of that hill I have been up there. There are no homes there for about a mile or so. If you could imagine a string going 15 feet up with 5 red lights on it and then another string with the same 5 red lights on it about 5 feet apart is how I can kinda describe it.
