In the evening, in rural Westmoreland County near West Newton, two people sat on a country road and watched a bright white light in the sky move in their direction, which began to make a circular motion.
A solid round white object that made no sound approached them and hovered over the trees. Suddenly, the car and the area around it were illuminated by a dim white light that came from the floating object.
The witnesses quickly left the area.
