In early October, in a rural area between Fayette and Westmoreland counties, around 11 a.m., a man came out of his home and looked up to see the lower part of a very large solid black triangular object that appeared to have four vents.
The object was moving very slowly at an altitude of about 500 feet (150 m) above the ground and was completely silent.
The man grabbed his mobile phone, which was fully charged, to take a picture. When he targeted her, the phone reportedly lost all power and didn't work.
This effect has been reported by other witnesses over the years.
