Initial data
Late autumn( autumn), early evening, good lighting, cloudy. I can't really describe what I saw.
It was almost like a water bubble in the sky to the west of my location, not sure of the exact shape, completely transparent with certain outlines, almost like a halo. It hovered for a split second, it seemed to pulsate or expand, then contracted, and then it moved away from my direct view in an ascending arc to the northwest, accelerating at an extremely high speed, "extremely high speed", as if it was aware that it was noticed.
As the object moved away, it became smaller until it completely disappeared from view.
