Several young witnesses who were hanging out in the local square (Fatima Square) reported that they were approached several times by short dwarf creatures, about 1 m tall, in black trousers, white shirts, with large feet and fast "aggressive movements".
According to some witnesses, "gnomes" approach witnesses and ask for "cigarettes", if they are refused, they beat an unsuspecting witness. It is reported that one of the witnesses committed suicide after meeting with strange creatures.
They were seen several nights in a row. There is no other information.

Summary: Several young witnesses hanging out at a local plaza (Plaza Fatima) reported being approached on several occasions by short dwarf-like beings, about 1 m in height, wearing black pants, white shirts, with large feet and using quick “aggressive movements”. According to some of the witnesses the “dwarves” approach witnesses and ask for ‘cigarettes’ if refused they would hit the unsuspecting witness. Allegedly one of the witnesses reportedly committed suicide after encountering the strange entities. They have been seen several nights in a row. No other information.
