An eyewitness from the city of Dusburg (Gelderland) reports the following about the observation of a strange object:
When I went out around 3: 45 - 3: 50 in the morning, I saw a horizontally reciprocating light source in the shape of half a U-shaped arc. The light was white and spherical, but it came from behind the clouds, so its actual shape was fuzzy.
It went to the left, went down a bit, then went up again, and then to the right after 15 seconds.
To form an idea of its appearance, I could best compare it to the moon shining behind the clouds, but a little more concentrated, less strong light and moving.
It took at least 20 minutes, and somewhere between 4: 15 and 4: 45 it was no longer visible, then it became a little lighter. My first thought was the swinging light of the searchlight, but I didn't hear a sound, there are almost no festivals; besides, it didn't seem to come from anywhere. It seems that the source was the light itself, because it emitted more light where it was not obstructed by any clouds.
The videos from my phone were black or it was very difficult to see anything on them. The exact location is incorrect to ensure my privacy, but the surveillance was in the specified city.

DOESBURG, GD — Toen ik rond 3:45 - 3:50 naar buiten ging zag ik in een halve U-boog een horizontaal heen en weer bewegende lichtbron. Het licht was wit en bolvormig maar het scheen van achter de wolken dus de daadwerkelijke vorm was onduidelijk. Het ging binnen 15 seconden naar links, iets naar beneden, en dan weer terug omhoog en dan naar rechts. Om een beeld te vormen zou ik het het best kunnen vergelijken met een maan die achter de wolken schijnt, maar dan iets geconcentreerder en minder sterk, en bewegend. Het duurde toch zeker wel 20 minuten en ergens tussen 4:15 en 4:45 was het niet meer te zien, toen werd het ook al iets lichter. Mijn eerste gedachte was een zwaaiend licht maar ik hoorde geen geluid, er vinden geen of amper festivals plaats; daarnaast leek het ook niet ergens vandaan te komen maar leek het alsof het licht zelf de bron was omdat het meer licht uitstraalde waar geen wolk het hinderde. Video's vanuit mijn telefoon waren zwart of het was heel slecht te zien. Precieze locatie klopt niet om mijn privacy te waarborgen maar het was in aangegeven stad.
